The tower is called the Bödefeld telecommunications tower, but is only known locally as the Hunau Tower because it stands on the Hunau. The tower stands at a height of 793 m and is itself 173 m high. Digital television DVB-T and DVB-T2 is broadcast via the telecommunications tower, as is digital radio DAB and DAB+. There you also have a wonderful view of the Sorpetal.
