If you hike up the path by the waterfall to view it from above, it's best to return the same way and then follow the official Sihlweg trail. Walking along the road above, as we did here, is not a good idea.

Beautiful, varied paths through the forest along the Sihl river. Cool in summer, beautiful with fallen leaves in autumn, and probably very beautiful in winter as well.
