From both sides it is a lovely ride, with the plateau of Signal de Botrange on your side stretching for miles. The gravel is nice to ride with a normal gravel bike!

The trail can also be easily ridden up on a gravel bike in the upper section. Pushing passage at most 50 m. At the end you will be rewarded with a great view. Ridden the other way around with a great peaty river / moor landscape and a great break area.
