Mountain biking

great alternative route on the Waldnaab along Unterwildenau to Au. However, you have to drive to the castle courtyard (private) beforehand to get to the start of the trail. In Au there is a piece of private property next to the Waldnaab, where passage is prohibited.
Turn right before that.

Rode the trail today. One could think that a motorway is being built here. The trail is now much wider and totally leveled. Nothing left in its natural state.
