If you drive from the Sattelbergalm to the Grenzkammstrasse, you will pass warning signs that prohibit you from continuing your journey by bike. The "old" farmer had put up these shields and seriously pursued their observance. The "new" farmer is no longer so strict. Therefore: if you want to save yourself the sliding passage, drive straight ahead, through the gate and then right following the forest path up to the border ridge.

Mountain biking

awesome climb, we rode it on a very quiet day (didn't run into any other bikers or hikers). Does include a non-cycling part that is forbidden and to steep to ride. Just hike-a-bike up. It is worth the view :-)
