The Burcina park is a hill on the outskirts of Biella that extends for about 57 ha, up to a height of about 830 m. Wanted by Giovanni Piacenzza who in 1800 decided to transform this area into an informal garden, now full of rhododendrons and centuries-old plants. Two entrances, one from Pollone and a little higher from Biella. It is possible to travel it by bike (gravel or preferably MTB as it is all dirt) up to the top, where with beautiful days you can enjoy an excellent view of the Biella area.

The Burcina Park stands on a hill in the Biella Alps called Bric Burcina. It is not a spontaneous natural park, but was recreated in the mid-1800s by Giovanni Piacenza, a woolen entrepreneur from Pollone, following the guidelines of the typical landscape garden in England in the 1700s
