On 4 July 1959 a monument was discovered at the site of the last camp and the last battle of the Pohorje Battalion. The central monument stands in the immediate vicinity of the town, next to the former dugout of the battalion's headquarters. The larger granite squares indicate the sites of other earthen houses and the smaller ones around the camp. On these are the partisan names of the borks and fighters who fell in the last fight.
