The "Pfaelzer Weltachs" goes back to a poem by Paul Münch, which states that the world axis is located in the center of the Palatinate state and the Pfalz was entrusted with the lubrication of the world axis. This red sandstone was installed by a forestry official in the 1960s and bears the inscription "Lubrication of the world axis". Traditionally, the stone is "re-oiled" once a year. Apart from that, the view is really nice here;)

My advice: do not bring the bike alone on the stone;) Is not that completely safe.

You have a great view in good weather, and the bike trail is exciting but not too difficult, Level 2.

It was clear that the Palatinate must be responsible for it. The world axis is here, according to Paul Münch. Nice point. Should be experienced.
