The Larrelter Mill (Kost Winning) is a two-story Dutch windmill with gallery, sail wings and wind rose in the district Larrelt of Emden (Ostfriesland) in Lower Saxony. The mill on the Mühlenhörn is called "Kost Winning" (Dutch, "livelihood", "Broterwerb"), was built in 1732 and is one of the oldest preserved mills of its kind in Germany.
