This area is still very rural, but the old fishermen's houses were demolished two years ago. The road is part of the Shore Cycle Route that will run along the entire coast in the Qingdao West Coast New Area. There are still some fish restaurants and depending on the weather a magnificent view of the island Lingshan Dao.
