Wulmeker Trail

The "Wulmeker Trail" is a short easy trail without root with good forest background.

This path leads over the old heap, the forest there consists of pioneer plants such as aspen, birch and black alder, which is why it often comes after storms that trees are on the trail, because the trees and their roots are not adapted to the surface of old debris are. Maybe good for one or two mountain bikers 😉

This beautiful trail, also called "Old Way", runs along the slag heap. It is well suited for cycling and running as it is a very soft surface. When the trees are not carrying leaves, you have a nice view of Wulmeringhausen, when everything is green, you are in the middle of beautiful nature and away from cars, etc.
