Are you traveling by bike from Hamburg to Dresden or vice versa on the Elbe Cycle Route,
There is no way past Stiepelse. The small village in Amt Neuhaus is located directly on the Elbe. At low tide the river shows a wonderful bathing beach. Give yourself a break and experience beaver and co. Afterwards we have for you: Plan-b! Take a look and be pampered with culinary delights.
The name is concept: B-like Byell, B- like vocation, enthusiasm, enrichment, special ambience,
popular meeting place and mainly B - like beluga lentils with corn salad, B-like brewed coffee and cake, B-like colorful vegetable soup ...
We buy our products locally for the farmers from the neighborhood and process them going far without flavor enhancers. Thus, e.g. also the delicious bratwurst for a special snack.
