About sachsen-leipzig

Fahrrad: Kalkhoff Endeavour 8, 28", 8-Gang-Nexus Belt (Nabenschaltung), Gates Riemenantrieb, hydraulische Scheibenbremsen v/h, LED.

Nice winter sun tour, but it was kind of exhausted, in the end the cold too ...

Nice penitentiary and prayer tour in the sun and cold edge wind 😩. Destination Schmannewitz, rehabilitation clinic, little activity there, well embedded in the landscape.
Komoot spun again and did not upload the tour, had to first export the planned tour via GarminBaseCamp, then import it again, the average and duration do not quite match reality. Average was about 18.5 km / h with a nice sun-eating break on the clinic premises.

... really wanted to ride in the sun again, but it turned out to be even better, based on the tour of @ DrkSrk-Zuckerbahnradweg - thanks for the template, I've modified it a bit for me. The cold was uncomfortable in the morning and in the evening, I actually wanted to be there again, but the cold also slows down the muscles. The tour goes very well, but at Pegau komoot wanted to send me over the B2 - that doesn't work there🚙🏍🚛 ... in one tour, i.e. detour via Groitzsch. You probably have to completely exclude federal highways. You often have no idea whether there is an accompanying cycle path or not - or does someone have experience?
Nice tour - again in summer!

It started early at 5 am, but I underestimated the pitch darkness around Leipzig in the pampas, not a glimmer of light around the Kleinpösna open-cast mine. It stretches to the Elberadweg, the Elbeadweg itself is good to top. At Schweimnitz (never heard of the N ...) komoot sent me over meadow paths, I would never have driven in there on my own. But everything worked out, sometimes angled past private property on a thin path. Unfortunately, shortly before the Stadt Wehlen station, mending a flat ... well, I didn't want to, it will take time. So train to Bad Schandau, planned to return tomorrow by train. It was a shame, it was supposed to be the first 200 tour, it went very well, everything was fine, the weather was autumnal and sunny ... crap. Next year again.

Well succeeded this year: 3rd Mulde tour - the United Mulde from Sermuth to the mouth of the Elbe near Dessau-Roßlau. The official Mulderadweg is basically top to well developed and well signposted. Of all 3 Mulde tours (Zwickauer-Freiberger-Vereinigte), however, you can see the least of the water here. That is certainly in the nature of things, you drive for miles behind the dykes. Except for the - certainly temporary - difficulties - diversion in front of Pouch (dragging ...) and large construction site above Retzau (new road-bike path or what ???) it works. But I felt ganzeKantenwind from the front all the way. The first ferry at Dehnitz didn't go yet ... so not over and on - adventurous - meadow, electric fence for horses, under the bridge and over the bridge in full traffic ... until back on the tour finally on the other side.
The mouth of the Mulde on the Elbe cannot be seen and reached as closely as the meeting point at Sermuth. It then becomes swampy and full of bushes. If you have a drone - take it with you and take photos😅.
So now first conquered the hollow.
