it seems that the main road E8p is always heavily jammed. thus from Tivat to Budva we took a small road to the south which runs parallel to the E80. in exchange for about 500m climb, it offers a nice view of Kotor's bay, a quiet ride on the top of the hills, and a beautiful descent on Budva's bay. In summer pay attention to the water since the villages on the road do not have fountains.
