Great photo opportunity! The concrete workers are already a bit dilapidated and there are plenty of steel eyelets over which one could stumble. Therefore, one should exercise a bit of caution, if you go along there. For people with fear of heights, I would not recommend this route. Instead, you can also walk along the ground right to the floor. The lighthouse can be seen only from below.
