Bicaz Canyon represent a particularly picturesque geographical area in Romania, located in the central part of Hasmas Mountains, in the northeast of the country in Neamt and Harghita counties.

They were formed due to the erosion caused by the Bicaz river and its tributaries and stretch over a distance of 8 km, between Red Lake and Bicazul Ardelean.

These keys connect Transylvania with Moldova and are located more precisely in the central part of the Hasmas Mountains.

The limestone walls of the rocks hide caves of great beauty and oats.

Along the way you can admire the Altar Stone - a rocky massif of 1120 m altitude, the rocky massifs Piatra Pintestilor (847 m) and Piatra Arsitei (835 m).
