Tips
The trail is currently (08/2019) blocked for maintenance. Thus, the first piece is a bit overgrown and there are actually a few works instead. After that, however, it becomes clear how the trail came to this name. Flowig and fast. The last piece has it in itself (S3-S4). In total, highly recommended. Unfortunately, I did not find a connecting track, so I was on the road until finals. However, a local said that you should drive to Magliolo, then take a short climb towards Madonna della Guardia. From there, there are several trails towards the final.
