Challenging summit with fabulous views: there are views of the many glacier arms of the Jostedalsbreen, mountain lakes and waterfalls; there are some passages with chains to hold on and in a few places you can not get on without the help of the arms; in several places in the upper part is a head for heights of advantage; The way is well marked only in the first half, in the second part there are some dead ends! From Kattanakken (it's kind of like a 'cat's neck') you have a good view across to Storevatnet and Volefossen. On the opposite side of Kattanakken you can see Åbrekkenibba, Storeskaret and Svartenibba. A dream. The last stretch on the summit ridge is easy climbing, but not a challenge. The summit itself is marked by a small ball on a stick.
