Nice break with great views

Roof is ready, the hut is released again

The view from there into the Rhine plain is terrific. The hut has two small rooms and a fireplace in front of it, but unfortunately some vandals left plastic packaging when we visited. The gigantic bench, which can seat 20-30 people, was donated by a host association, according to the sign. In front of the hut, a gently curving couch invites you to relax. Not only the body, but also the eye and soul can rest because of the view towards the west. The Kalikutt can be reached from there in a few minutes by bike, for the Moosturm-Kraxler it goes uphill from there. Everything is well signposted.

Nice playground with great views

Great little shelter from rain or maybe even a little bivy sleep while bikepacking. Great views across the valley below + a bench to sit on. There's also a waterpoint near.

because of the sun lounger and the great view. The spring water is pleasantly cool on warm days.

The hut is currently getting a new roof. Entering is prohibited.
