Hiking
On the first Zillertal summit barefoot hiking trail, you can experience the mountain with your feet! Regular barefoot walking strengthens the immune system, stimulates the cardiovascular system, lowers blood pressure, trains the senses and motor skills, stimulates the venous system, and acts like a foot reflexology massage.
