Here whole village consists only of wine cellar. Only during harvest time do the workers sleep in this village. The buildings are for processing the vines, there are also small kitchens and everything you need to live. More than 20 streets and about 1200 wine cellars make this village unique in Europe. No village has more wine cellars in Europe. The cellars are about 4m underground and are between 8 -15m long. The climate in the basement is at a constant 14 degrees.
