The largest dolmen in the Netherlands is located right next to the Hunebedcentrum in Borger. The largest stone of this dolmen weighs more than 20 tons. During the Ice Age 150,000 years ago, these stones were pushed here from Southern Finland. How they were stacked on top of each other by the tombstone builders is still a mystery.
