Road cycling
The Châteaupré lake is fed by the Gougra and the glacial water of the Moiry glacier. The Gougra leaves the lake again and flows around 1.2km later into the reservoir "Lac de Moiry".
On the north bank of the Lac de Châteaupré there is a large car park and even the terminus of a post bus line (“Moiry VS, glacier”).
