The Çeşme Belediyesi Güneşlenme Terası (sun terrace of the Çeşme municipality) is a modern, very popular social facility right in the center of Çeşme. It is located directly opposite the historic Çeşme Kalesi (Çeşme Castle) and right next to the Çeşme Marina.
The terrace is operated by the local municipality and offers an excellent, affordable way to relax in the middle of the city, sunbathe, or enjoy the view of the Greek island of Chios (Sakız Adası) and the sea.
