Eliasbrygga is the center of the village of Nes. The old trading house directly on the water today houses a small museum with a lovingly designed exhibition. Old photographs and memorabilia tell of life at sea, the craft of the coastal inhabitants, and the often harsh everyday life of past generations. In the adjacent farm shop, you can find homemade jams, knitted socks, handmade trinkets, and, according to the locals, the best coffee for miles around.
