son of two day laborers from the Papaiano district, born in 1911. He began to be active in anti-fascist activities in 1942. After Italy's capitulation in September 1943, he was mainly involved in the production of communist publications. In early January 1944, he was arrested and summarily executed on January 14th as a reprisal for a GAP attack on two German officers in Genoa, along with 8 other prisoners. Initially, the Carabinieri called upon to do so refused, but Belluci urged them to do the inevitable. Finally, those sentenced to death were shot by republican soldiers.
