Maiden Bush is a quiet riverside picnic area in the Warren River valley, with a shaded picnic table, a wooden boardwalk, and steps leading down to the water. It is one of several canoe launch points along this stretch of the river, and a good spot to stop and watch the river flow past before continuing along the trail. In late winter and spring, wildflowers colour the forest floor, and the river runs higher, making it one of the most picturesque times to visit.
