Malcesine is located in the northern area on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The picturesque town is one of the liveliest on Lake Garda. Night owls, shopping fans and active vacationers are in the right place here. The place has almost 4,000 inhabitants and is one of the larger places on Lake Garda. The medieval town center with many small squares, bumpy cobbled streets and arched passageways offers a fascinating ambience. Almost all roads lead to the port. The boardwalk allows for a walk along the lake. There are wonderful bathing spots south of the harbor.
