On the last two kilometers of the Ruta del Alba, you pass a whole series of waterfalls, this one is the largest and probably the most beautiful of the Rio del Alba. Below the waterfall, you cross a bridge, directly behind it, you go over a low wall onto a short dirt path down to the pool – unfortunately, there is no completely unobstructed view from the official path.
Directly above the waterfall, you can take a good break, but it's even better a little further up at Cruz de los Rios.
