Those who like it steep and crisp are in good hands on the Pötzer Steinbruchweg.
Around 180 meters in altitude are collected over a length of approx. 1.3 km.
Once at the top, the way to the wheat on the Süntelturm is not far ;-)

Before you get to the Süntelturm you first have to conquer the loooong and sometimes steep climb at the quarry.

I think going up is very strenuous, but going down isn't easy either. Today at least, the path is quite scattered in terms of gravel, I think because of the storm, but it's only really clear at the end, but you can go pretty fast there. But always be careful on the entire descent, you go really fast and it's hard to brake. When the path gets better again, you can probably really step on the gas.
