Happy Run in PSE (also known as Trofeo Città di Porto Sant'Elpidio) is an annual, prestigious running event organized by the club Atletica Porto Sant'Elpidio in collaboration with local authorities and under the auspices of the Italian athletics federation FIDAL.

The main event is a 10-kilometer street run with the start and finish located in the main city square – Piazza Garibaldi. The course has official certification and FIDAL homologation (Type A class), which means it is precisely measured, flat, and allows for official personal bests to be recorded. The route goes through the main streets of the city and along the seaside promenade.
Accompanying this event is a non-competitive walk-run and recreational walk (passeggiata ludico motoria) of 4 kilometers, intended for families, children, and amateurs.
