Clemens de Lassaulx was the chief forester in Adenau in the second half of the 19th century. In his time, many areas of the Ahreifel were deserted. It is thanks to him that they have been reforested on a large scale and sustainably. This hut and a hiking trail are named after him.

The view from up here is wonderful. Take a little time to enjoy the wonderful landscape and the clear air.
