Wheel of Fire track branches off the Araluen Cascades track, climbing uphill through rainforest to Callistemon Crossing, then continuing along Finch Hatton Creek with some challenging uphill sections and more than 300 relatively steep steps. This stretch of the park has a serious history of accidents, so take extra care, pay close attention to safety signage, and avoid taking risks around the water.
