Spring Lake sits at the heart of Springfield Lakes and is a peaceful, family-friendly stretch of water fed by small billabongs and rocky streams that wind in from the surrounding parkland. Ducks, turtles, and purple swamphens are regular sights along the water’s edge, making it a popular spot for a slow morning walk or an early run. A footbridge crosses the lake partway around, connecting the two sides of the surrounding park.
