The Biosfärleden takes you on a journey of about 140 kilometers in nine stages, from Mariestad along Lake Vänern to Läckö Castle. The route passes through the Vänerskärgården UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, including Kinnekulle, and, thanks to places to stop for refreshments and overnight accommodations, can easily be hiked in individual stages.
