Already in 1257 a church in Druxberge is mentioned. From this church building are still some parts of the cemetery wall included. Between 1864 and 1866, the present church was built as a hall church to plans by Friedrich August Stüler in the style of neo-Romanesque. The west of the nave on a square floor plan tower has moved into the ship. On the east side of the church is a semicircular windowless apse, which has stepped buttresses. The façade is structured by pilasters and round arch frieze.
The church interior is covered by a boarded roof truss. On the horseshoe loft is a mechanical organ created in 1868 by master organ builder August Troch from Neuhaldensleben, which is still in its original state. Moreover, the equipment comes from the construction of the church.
Noteworthy is a buried in the cemetery wall Kreuzstein from the 13th century and a figural tombstone of 1585 deceased Kurt von Penningsack.Source:
