🛹 The old skatepark
The old equipment was already installed on the banks of the Vienne, on the Manu site, in the general location of the current skatepark. A specialized source describing it in 2013 speaks of a small facility made up of classic metal and wood modules, including a curb, a bar, and two concrete elements. It was considered quite aging.
In 2014, the City began discussions with users to replace this equipment. The project was intended to meet the growing demand of practitioners and to be part of the overall transformation of the Manu.
