Flying Nun is a narrow forest singletrack and one of South Canoe’s better-known mountain bike trails. For hikers, that means it’s worth staying alert for faster riders, particularly on bends and downhill sections. The lower section drops fairly quickly through the trees and includes shaped corners and berms, so it feels noticeably more technical underfoot than the wider connecting trails nearby.
