The gentle hills surrounding Krapinske Toplice are interwoven with numerous paths and trails. Walking along the paths, Zagorje breathes with full lungs. Walking the trails helps to maintain health, raise physical condition, prevent cardiovascular disease and medical recovery (with mandatory professional medical supervision).
Depending on the degree of load on the body, walking paths are divided into three basic groups:
MEDICAL TRAILS - moving along these trails is a pleasant walk, and with an adequate program allows sick people to regain certain functional abilities of the cardiovascular system and acquire habits to maintain existing life functions. With obligatory consultation with a doctor, they can be used by people with partially impaired health (patients with cardiovascular disorders)
RECREATIONAL TRAILS - trails of free movement and rest, suitable for maintaining health and prevention of cardiovascular diseases
TRIM TRAILS - trails to increase the physical condition of healthy people. In addition to the program of exercises for exercise, walking raises physical fitness and accumulates reserve physical strength.
