In Novigrad is a beautiful beach promenade for cycling and walking. The sea view is magnificent. Drive through the old town and then along the beach. At the Hotel Laguna you have to leave the beach and take the main road D75. Unfortunately, there are few bike paths here. If you drive down to Antenal your bike likes to accelerate to 40 km / h. The road is very dry, dust-dry and slippery. The view into the river valley and the Mirna is something for the soul. At the Mirna leads along a dirt road, here drive hardly any cars. If you should encounter a car, watch the wind direction and if necessary change the side of the road. Otherwise, the dust completely fogs you up. You drive under the Mirna Bridge and after about 2 km you turn half left and drive up to the St. Dionysius Chapel. That is about 114 meters in altitude. That does not seem to be much, but at 35 degrees in the shade it is enough. From here we continue to Nova Vas, Fiorini, Dajla, Mareda and back to Novigrad. Incidentally, this is also the route 07. Can I highly recommend, take enough to drink with. In Novigrad arrived, shoes off, socks off and feet into the water. Who likes more / sea.
