On Lake Washington this is the happening place! I stopped while paddling past today and listened to a few tunes from the band playing outside. There were a lot of people sitting at tables, and a lot of boats floating and listening to the music.
The boat launch next door is listed on the DNR's site as public, so this is another place to get on the lake.
