You can fill up on gas, check out the trail maps, and have a picnic at one of the tables by the general store. If the store is open, you can also pop in for a bite to eat. It has a small grocery section, supplies, and water, but is sometimes closed, so it's best to call ahead of time. Their number is 403-949-3132 during the season May 15 - Sep 14.
