Located at the entrance to the village, the Aubazine wash house is a discreet but typical witness to rural life in the Corrèze region. Once fed by a spring or a small canal, it was used by the village's washerwomen for laundry and was a place for exchange and sociability. Its stone structure, simple and functional, reflects the Cistercian austerity that marked the village's history.
Today restored and integrated into the heritage trail, it offers a pleasant break before joining the abbey or the start of the Canal des Moines path.
