The woodland trails around Tränstagården are used for both hiking in summer and cross-country skiing come winter. Tränstagården offers parking and is the home of Hägersta GF, a local ski and orienteering club. They manage the trails, as well as arrange annual events such as the Midsommarloppet, a summer fun run with distances for all the family.
