The Red River stretches out wide and calm here, with the opposite bank lined by trees and the occasional glimpse of nearby homes or docks. The riverside path offers an open, unobstructed view of the water, especially near the boat launch and dock area, where boats, canoes, and kayaks regularly come and go.
