For one euro you can climb the tower of the church. Quite exciting, as over very narrow and steep stairs. But the view is great.

The monastery Andechs and thus the Bräustüberl and the beer garden can be reached via the wooded Kiental from Herrsching as a hike. On weekends when the weather is nice, but also a lot going on. For mountain bikers, the climb is challenging because of the long climb.
