The Big Walk is a classic trek to the summit of Mount Buffalo and its famous chalet and lookouts. The first few kilometres are very steep, so it's a good idea to get your legs warmed up before hitting the trail. Also, make sure you bring plenty of water and adequate sun protection. The trail itself is well maintained and easy to follow, just take care through the rocky sections.
