Even if I am not the Schlorzi fan otherwise, if it is already recommended, you have to try it. Flushed quite well and was quickly gone, so worth a little sin even for non-lovers. 😇Ingredients for 4 - 6 people
DOUGH
400 g white flour, 1 tsp salt, 50 g butter, 1 egg, 2.5 dl milk, 20 g yeast, 1 pinch of sugarSCHLORZIMASSE
500 g dried pears, a little raw sugar, 1 pinch of cloves and cinnamon powder, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp cherry
CREAM CREAM 2 dl cream, 2 dl cream curd, 1 egg tapped, a little cinnamon powder and nutmeg, a little sugar, possibly vanilla sugarPREPARATION
Soak dried pears for a few hours, then shrink them with a chopper or hand blender. Mix the mass with the other ingredients; be careful to keep it moist. Put the dough ingredients together and knead into a dough.PREPARATION
Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Spread the Schlorzimasse evenly on it. Pour the cream icing over it so that the whole Schlorzi mass is covered.
