Pejë is considered in Kosovo the absolute center for adventure cyclists. An all-terrain bicycle (ATB or MTB) is mandatory here.
The Rugova Gorge: An extremely popular, 20-kilometer-long climb that takes you directly from the city up around 600 meters of altitude into the mountain villages (like Boge or Kuqishte).
Cultural Heritage Trail: A flatter, but scenically attractive route in western Kosovo that connects historical buildings around Pejë.
Trans-Balkan Routes: Many international bikepackers crossing the Balkans use Pejë as a supply station before the steep passes to Montenegro.
