An amazing, serpentine stretch in northern Albania. The route leads straight into the heart of the Albanian Alps (The Accursed Mountains). The landscapes here are raw, wild, and absolutely spectacular, but the road requires good fitness and nerves of steel – especially when riding with full panniers!

Regarding the surface, it's mostly good, smooth asphalt, but in places there are stones and rock debris from the slopes lying on the road. As for the profile, it's a classic mountain rollercoaster. Constant climbs and sharp hairpin bends (180-degree turns). With a loaded bike, descents require maximum concentration and efficient brakes. Traffic is sparse, but Albanians drive dynamically and like to cut corners. The road has no shoulder.
